Our Verdict
For merchants selling customizable products requiring customer input (e.g., personalized jewelry, custom t-shirts), Mini:Custom Fields Personalize is the superior choice. Its range of input fields and surcharge options facilitates handling complex customization requests and increasing revenue. However, for merchants with existing product variations (e.g., different colors or sizes of clothing) where visual clarity is paramount, Rubik Variant Images & Swatch is the better option. It streamlines the shopping experience by presenting relevant images for each variant, ultimately reducing confusion and minimizing returns. While Rubik has a slightly higher rating and more reviews, feature alignment with business needs should be the primary deciding factor.
