miniOrange Single Sign On‑SSO vs ∞ Password Page + Lock Pagesfor Shopify (2026)
miniOrange Single Sign On‑SSO and ∞ Password Page + Lock Pages both offer security and account management features, but cater to vastly different needs and merchant types. miniOrange focuses on providing a streamlined single sign-on (SSO) experience for customers, particularly in B2B and B2C environments requiring centralized identity management. Our Verdict
Choosing between miniOrange Single Sign On‑SSO and ∞ Password Page + Lock Pages depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the goal is to simplify user logins across multiple platforms, manage a large user base, and integrate with existing identity providers like Azure AD or Okta, then miniOrange is the clear choice. It's the preferred solution for B2B and larger B2C businesses. However, for merchants who simply need to password-protect specific pages for VIP content, limited-time offers, or B2B catalogs, ∞ Password Page + Lock Pages offers a much simpler and faster solution. It requires no complex configuration and is ideal for smaller businesses prioritizing ease of use and quick implementation. Smaller stores without existing customer accounts will likely prefer Password Page.
