Mipler — Advanced Reports vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Mipler — Advanced Reports and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both boast perfect 5/5 ratings on the Shopify App Store, but cater to distinct analytical needs. Mipler excels at providing merchants with customizable reports and dashboards built from their store's internal data. It focuses on analyzing sales, financial, customer, and inventory data, leveraging metafields, tags, and notes for granular insights. Zigpoll, on the other hand, concentrates on gathering zero-party data directly from customers through surveys deployed at various touchpoints, including post-purchase, pre-purchase, and abandoned checkout. It uses AI to analyze survey responses and optimize marketing and conversion rates. While both apps fall under the broader 'Analytics' category, Mipler is geared toward internal data analysis and reporting, suitable for merchants requiring comprehensive financial and operational overviews. Zigpoll targets merchants seeking to understand customer sentiment and improve their customer journey by collecting feedback and acting upon it. The key difference lies in the data source: Mipler analyzes existing store data, while Zigpoll actively collects new data from customers through surveys.
