Our Verdict
For merchants heavily invested in video marketing, social commerce, and leveraging user-generated content to drive sales, Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC appears to be the stronger choice. Its perfect rating, although based on fewer reviews, suggests excellent performance in its niche. However, merchants needing a more versatile solution for showcasing a wide range of images and media, and who may not prioritize video as heavily, should consider XO Gallery. The higher review count for XO Gallery indicates a more established presence and potentially broader compatibility or functionality. The 0.1 difference in rating is minimal and could be attributable to differing use cases.

Which app offers better customer support?
The review counts might suggest that XO Gallery has a larger support team/knowledgebase due to the higher user base, but this is speculative. The rating could indirectly reflect support quality in each case. Further research into individual app support documentation and user feedback outside of the provided data would be needed for a definitive answer.
