Our Verdict
Given the data, Mobile App Banner - Shopney seems like a safer choice for merchants specifically looking to increase app downloads, given its positive ratings and reviews. Its functionality is laser-focused. However, it only makes sense for merchants who have already invested in creating their own mobile app.
Phone - Calls, SMS, Campaigns presents a more comprehensive solution for merchants wanting a full-fledged business phone system integrated with their Shopify store. However, the complete lack of reviews raises serious concerns about its stability, ease of use, and overall quality. It would be very risky to rely on this app without further independent verification. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and test it extensively before committing to it, or consider waiting until it garners some positive user feedback.
