Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a dedicated mobile app experience with features like personalized push notifications and live selling, Mobile App Builder ‑ Apptile is the clear choice. Its AI-powered app building simplifies the process and offers a comprehensive solution. However, for merchants primarily focused on enhancing existing product listings and improving conversion rates within their Shopify store, Pictivate: Pictures → Video is the more suitable option. It provides a quick and easy way to create engaging product videos, although its current lack of reviews introduces risk. Because Apptile has over 100 reviews, and Pictivate has zero, it may be wise to wait before using Pictivate. Apptile appears to be the more solid choice for merchants requiring advanced mobile-app solutions.
