Our Verdict
If you're using MobiLoud to create a mobile app for your Shopify store and want to keep your app users informed about order updates, Mobile App & Push ‑ MobiLoud is the clear choice. Its purpose-built integration ensures a smooth and effective push notification system. However, if your needs extend beyond mobile push notifications, and you require a powerful tool to automate email communication, update store data based on complex conditions, and deliver files via FTP, Notifications by Modd Apps offers a more versatile and robust solution. The stronger review count suggests a more battle-tested application.
Common Questions
Does Mobile App & Push ‑ MobiLoud work without a MobiLoud mobile app?

Can Notifications by Modd Apps send SMS notifications?
Based on the description, Notifications by Modd Apps primarily focuses on email and FTP delivery; SMS functionality is not mentioned.
Which app is easier to set up?
