Modern Dropship vs Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feedsfor Shopify (2026)
Modern Dropship and Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feeds cater to distinct needs within the Shopify ecosystem. Modern Dropship, now powered by Carro, positions itself as a dropshipping solution for retailers looking to expand their product offerings by onboarding new brands and categories. It emphasizes automation of dropshipping processes, from sourcing to fulfillment, and provides support for multiple platforms like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce, as well as CSV and EDI integrations. Their value proposition lies in brand acceleration and streamlined supplier management. Mulwi, on the other hand, is a solution focused on generating shopping feeds for marketing purposes. While it shares the category of 'Selling Online' with Modern Dropship, its focus is entirely different. Mulwi helps merchants create and manage shopping feeds across various platforms to drive traffic and sales. The large number of reviews suggests significant adoption and potentially broader applicability across various Shopify stores, as opposed to the very niche focus of Modern Dropship on curated dropshipping brand onboarding. The app rating is also slightly higher than Modern Dropship, while having significantly more user feedback.

Our Verdict
For retailers specifically seeking to leverage dropshipping to expand their product catalog with curated brands, Modern Dropship is the more appropriate choice. The platform’s automation features and onboarding support for various platforms make it suitable for those who need help sourcing and managing dropshipping relationships. However, if the primary goal is to improve product visibility and drive sales through marketing channels via shopping feeds, Mulwi is the clear winner. Its focus and user base indicate expertise in this area, providing merchants with a specialized tool for optimizing their marketing efforts.
Considering the review disparity, Mulwi is likely the less risky choice, overall, for merchants with general shopping feed needs.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Modern Dropship requires onboarding brands and suppliers, which can be complex. Mulwi's setup depends on the complexity of the target shopping feed platforms, but generally may have an easier initial setup if feeds are standardized.
Which app provides a higher return on investment (ROI)?
ROI depends on the merchant's specific needs. Modern Dropship offers ROI by expanding product selection and potentially increasing sales. Mulwi provides ROI by increasing traffic and conversions from shopping feeds.
Can I use both apps at the same time?
Yes, the apps address completely different business needs, therefore they can be used simultaneously for separate functions: dropshipping product expansion and marketing improvements via shopping feeds.
Is Modern Dropship useful for merchants who already have dropshipping suppliers?
Modern Dropship could still be valuable due to its automation features and multi-platform support, but its brand acceleration feature would be less useful.
Which app has better customer support?
Modern Dropship claims their support is 'second to none,' but the low review count makes it difficult to verify. Mulwi's high review count suggests active usage, which could mean reliable support or at least an extensive knowledge base, though direct support quality can't be concluded from reviews alone.
