Mondial Relay ‑ Officiel vs Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)for Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Mondial Relay ‑ Officiel and Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) cater to distinct delivery and pickup needs on Shopify. Mondial Relay focuses on facilitating deliveries through a network of pickup points and lockers across France and Europe, leveraging the established Mondial Relay infrastructure. It provides merchants with the ability to manage their Mondial Relay accounts, create labels, and track packages directly within the app, appealing primarily to businesses already utilizing or wanting to utilize Mondial Relay's service. Conversely, Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) emphasizes flexible local order pickup and delivery scheduling, enabling merchants to customize pickup and delivery options based on location, time slots, and specific rules, making it suitable for businesses with local or regional operations that want granular control over their delivery and pickup offerings. This makes it especially valuable for businesses like restaurants managing their own deliveries. Mondial Relay focuses on integrating existing Mondial Relay services into Shopify, offering label creation, fulfillment, and package tracking. While both apps fall under the 'Delivery and pickup' category, they offer fundamentally different value propositions: one centers around enabling existing Mondial Relay users, and the other centers around allowing shops to offer local fulfillment in new and flexible ways.
