Our Verdict
The choice between Moose: COD IVR Order Verifier and RUBIX Cash on Delivery: COD Fee hinges on a merchant's specific priorities. If a store struggles with a high volume of fake COD orders and wants to automate verification, Moose is the better option. The IVR call system provides a direct line of confirmation, potentially saving significant shipping and inventory costs associated with fraudulent orders. On the other hand, if a merchant aims to offset the costs associated with COD payments or limit COD options based on order value, location, or other criteria, RUBIX is the superior choice. The ability to add fees and set eligibility rules provides greater control and potentially improves profitability. While both have 5-star ratings, RUBIX's higher review count suggests a more widely applicable solution.
