Moose: COD IVR Order Verifier vs WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form CODfor Shopify (2026)
Moose: COD IVR Order Verifier and WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form COD both cater to Shopify merchants dealing with cash on delivery (COD) orders, but they address different aspects of the COD workflow. Moose focuses primarily on fraud prevention by automating order verification through IVR calls. Its strength lies in its direct approach to eliminating bogus orders by directly confirming the order with the customer via phone. This makes it suitable for merchants who suffer significant losses due to fraudulent COD orders. WEBI, on the other hand, is a comprehensive COD form solution that bundles multiple features like form customization, upsells, pixel tracking, Google Sheets integration, and abandoned order recovery. WEBI positions itself as a one-stop-shop for enhancing the COD checkout experience and increasing conversion rates. Its target audience is broader, encompassing merchants who want to optimize their COD checkout process, capture more leads, increase average order value (AOV), and improve marketing attribution through pixel tracking. While both apps aim to improve the COD process, Moose targets order verification, while WEBI provides a holistic solution for checkout form optimization and sales enhancement, albeit with some overlapping fraud prevention features.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with combating fraudulent COD orders and needing a straightforward solution, Moose: COD IVR Order Verifier is a suitable choice. Its automated IVR verification directly addresses the problem. However, due to the very low number of reviews (1), potential users should proceed with caution and carefully test the app to ensure it meets their specific needs.
On the other hand, if the goal is to enhance the overall COD checkout experience, improve lead generation, boost AOV, and gain better insights through pixel tracking and Google Sheets integration, WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form COD is the more comprehensive option. With a higher number of reviews (77), it appears to be a more established and widely adopted solution, offering a broader range of features to optimize the COD sales funnel.
