MP ‑ Store Migration & Import vs Temu Integration by M2Efor Shopify (2026)
MP ‑ Store Migration & Import and Temu Integration by M2E serve very different purposes for Shopify merchants. MP focuses on facilitating the transfer of store data from one platform to another, or importing data into a Shopify store. It boasts a high rating and a substantial number of reviews, suggesting a positive user experience and reliable performance. Conversely, Temu Integration by M2E targets merchants looking to sell on the Temu marketplace. It emphasizes inventory synchronization, product listing management, and order consolidation to streamline operations between a Shopify store and Temu. However, its lower rating and minimal reviews indicate potential issues or a limited user base, or simply that it is a relatively new app. The core difference lies in their function. MP ‑ Store Migration & Import is a one-time or infrequent use app for setting up or migrating a store. Temu Integration by M2E is a recurring use app designed for ongoing management of a sales channel. While both fall under the 'Selling online' and 'Store data importer' categories, their practical applications are vastly different. The choice between them depends entirely on the merchant's needs: migrating data or integrating with Temu.

Our Verdict
The choice between MP ‑ Store Migration & Import and Temu Integration by M2E is straightforward. If you need to move your store data from another platform to Shopify, or import data into your Shopify store, MP ‑ Store Migration & Import is the clear choice, given its high rating and positive reviews. Its focus is on data migration, not ongoing sales channel management.
If, however, your goal is to sell on the Temu marketplace and manage your product listings, inventory, and orders from a centralized platform, Temu Integration by M2E is the relevant solution. However, be cautious due to its low rating and limited reviews. You should thoroughly investigate the app and its developers before committing, perhaps seeking out more current user feedback or exploring alternatives.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Based on ratings and reviews, MP ‑ Store Migration & Import likely offers a smoother user experience due to its higher rating and more extensive user feedback. The low review count for Temu Integration by M2E makes its ease of use difficult to assess.
Which app is more reliable?
MP ‑ Store Migration & Import appears more reliable due to its significantly larger number of positive reviews, indicating a track record of successful data migrations. Temu Integration by M2E's low rating and limited reviews raise concerns about its reliability.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, but their functions are distinct. You might use MP ‑ Store Migration & Import to initially set up your store and *then* use Temu Integration by M2E to connect to the Temu marketplace if that is a channel you wish to sell on.
Which app offers better customer support?
It's difficult to determine based solely on ratings and review counts. However, a higher number of reviews generally implies a more mature app with a potentially more established support system. Consider reaching out to both developers' support teams pre-install to assess responsiveness.
Is Temu Integration by M2E worth the risk given its low rating?
It depends on your need for Temu integration and your risk tolerance. Given the limited data, it's crucial to thoroughly investigate the app, contact the developers for clarification, and ideally, seek out more recent and detailed user reviews or explore alternative Temu integration apps.
