Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, especially those prioritizing reliability and established performance, MP ‑ Store Migration & Import is the safer initial choice, given its perfect rating and positive reviews. The lack of information about its features is a limitation. Merchants heavily focused on international expansion and specifically requiring automatic currency conversion or image syncing with variants *might* consider XB: Copy & Clone Products. However, they should proceed with extreme caution due to the complete absence of user feedback. Be prepared to potentially encounter bugs or limitations and act as an early adopter, providing feedback to the developers to improve the app.
Ultimately, the decision hinges on risk tolerance. If a merchant is comfortable beta-testing software and needs XB's specific features, they can consider it. Otherwise, MP ‑ Store Migration & Import offers a more secure starting point.
