MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP vs Ninja Vanfor Shopify (2026)
MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP and Ninja Van, while both categorized as 'Shipping solutions - Other' on Shopify, cater to vastly different needs and merchant profiles. MRPeasy targets small manufacturers and distributors (up to 200 employees) seeking a comprehensive ERP system to manage production, inventory, procurement, customer relations, and finances integrated with their Shopify store. It emphasizes accurate production planning, inventory control, and scalability. Ninja Van, on the other hand, focuses specifically on streamlining delivery order creation and airway bill generation for merchants already using the Ninja Van shipping service. It prioritizes ease of use and speed in the order fulfillment process. The primary distinction lies in scope. MRPeasy is a broad ERP solution, while Ninja Van is a focused shipping tool. MRPeasy offers features like production scheduling, BOM control, and accounting integration, which are completely absent in Ninja Van. Ninja Van focuses on order processing and label generation within the Ninja Van delivery network, features irrelevant to MRPeasy's broader manufacturing-centric functionalities. The higher rating for MRPeasy (4.9/5 vs. 3.7/5) might indicate greater satisfaction among its target user base, likely due to the comprehensive nature of its solution although it has few reviews.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants who are manufacturers or distributors and require a complete ERP system to manage their production processes, inventory, and finances, MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP is the clear choice. Its comprehensive features and focus on manufacturing workflows make it a powerful tool for businesses seeking to optimize their operations. However, for merchants who solely need a streamlined way to create delivery orders and print airway bills specifically for Ninja Van deliveries, and already use Ninja Van, Ninja Van is the better option. Its simplicity and focus on order fulfillment within the Ninja Van ecosystem make it ideal for quickly processing shipments. If a manufacturer used Ninja Van and wanted an integrated ERP, MRPeasy would still likely be required as it is far more than just a delivery processing app.
