MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP vs Synkro: Inventory Syncfor Shopify (2026)
MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP and Synkro: Inventory Sync are both inventory-related Shopify apps, but they address entirely different needs. MRPeasy is a comprehensive ERP system aimed at small manufacturers and distributors (up to 200 employees), offering a full suite of tools for production planning, inventory management, procurement, CRM, and even basic accounting or integration with accounting software. Its strength lies in providing a centralized system for managing the entire manufacturing process, integrating seamlessly with Shopify for sales. Synkro, on the other hand, focuses specifically on simplifying multi-store management by synchronizing inventory, products, and orders in real-time. Its key selling points are effortless multi-store syncing and custom price rules. Synkro streamlines operations for merchants running multiple Shopify storefronts. It doesn't offer manufacturing-specific functionality. Therefore, choosing between the two relies entirely on a merchant's business model.

Our Verdict
For manufacturers and distributors seeking a complete ERP solution integrated with their Shopify store, MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP is the clear choice. It handles all aspects of production, inventory, and related processes, offering a more comprehensive solution than Synkro. However, if a merchant's primary challenge is managing multiple Shopify stores and keeping inventory, products, and orders synchronized across them, Synkro: Inventory Sync is the better option. Synkro excels at streamlining multi-store operations, enabling effortless scaling and real-time updates. A merchant only selling online through Shopify would likely benefit from Synkro, while a merchant who manufactures goods would benefit from MRPeasy.
