Our Verdict
For merchants needing robust tools to manage physical inventory and product labeling, MS Barcode Labels & Generator is the clear choice. Its extensive features for barcode generation, label design, and printing, coupled with its integration with Stocky and numerous positive reviews, make it a reliable option. On the other hand, if a merchant's primary focus is improving customer engagement and providing real-time support through WhatsApp, Whatsapp Chat by SC is suitable. However, given the app's limited reviews, merchants should proceed with caution and closely monitor its performance after installation. Unless a merchant has a strong need to prioritize WhatsApp customer support above all else, MS Barcode Labels & Generator seems the safer and more established app.
