MS Custom SizePrice Calculator vs Rockit Discounts & Sales Appfor Shopify (2026)
MS Custom SizePrice Calculator and Rockit Discounts & Sales App, while both categorized under 'Pricing' on Shopify, cater to drastically different merchant needs. MS Custom SizePrice Calculator is designed for businesses selling customizable products like wallpaper, fabric, or carpets, allowing customers to input dimensions and visualize the final product while calculating the price. Its strength lies in its customizability and ability to provide tailored pricing based on customer-defined specifications and potentially integrating a visual component to that experience. Rockit Discounts & Sales App, on the other hand, focuses on promotional pricing strategies. It's a discounts and sales management tool enabling merchants to schedule sales, manage bulk price changes, and display promotional offers with urgency-building elements like countdown timers. Rockit is tailored to businesses aiming to boost sales through strategic discounting and promotional campaigns and offers a more automated bulk approach, whereas Custom SizePrice Calculator focuses on precise per-item pricing for configurable goods. The key differentiator is Custom SizePrice's product visualization and calculation based on dimensions, in contrast to Rockit's emphasis on discounts across the entire product catalog, or subsets thereof, targeted at products requiring highly accurate size or dimension dependant price calculations.

Our Verdict
For merchants selling products where price depends on dimensions (e.g., wallpaper, fabric, flooring), MS Custom SizePrice Calculator is the clear choice due to its dimension-based calculation and visualization capabilities. The option for further customization is a significant advantage for businesses with very specific requirements. However, given the limited reviews, it's vital to scrutinize the app's performance and support. Rockit Discounts & Sales App is better suited for merchants aiming to implement broad sales strategies, bulk discounts, and flash sales across their product catalog. Its high rating and large number of reviews indicate a reliable and well-regarded tool for managing promotional pricing. Rockit may be the preferable tool for general promotions, while Custom SizePrice is for specific dimension-dependent pricing needs.
