Our Verdict
For merchants who require extensive control over the look and feel of their wishlist functionality and need advanced marketing automation features like price drop and back-in-stock notifications across multiple channels (email, SMS, and push notifications), Mst: Wishlist + Marketing flow is the stronger choice. Its API support also makes it a better option for headless themes or complex integrations. However, merchants need to be comfortable with coding or have access to developers.
Wishlist Guru is better suited for stores prioritizing a quick and easy setup with a focus on serving a multilingual customer base. If your store operates in multiple languages, particularly those specifically supported by Wishlist Guru (Arabic, Hebrew, Hungarian, Finnish, Latvian, and Estonian), and you need robust multilingual email support, Wishlist Guru provides a streamlined and user-friendly experience. Its focus on ease of use and readily available support makes it ideal for merchants with less technical expertise.
