Multi Wishlist‑MyAppGurus vs VDCStore Wishlistfor Shopify (2026)
Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus and VDCStore Wishlist both aim to provide wishlist functionality for Shopify stores. However, Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus has an established presence, evidenced by its perfect 5/5 rating based on 6 reviews. This suggests at least some users have found value in its offerings. In contrast, VDCStore Wishlist currently has no reviews, indicating it's either new to the market or hasn't yet gained user traction. The crucial difference currently lies in the availability of user feedback. Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus's positive reviews, while limited, offer some confidence in its usability and effectiveness. VDCStore Wishlist, lacking reviews, presents an unknown quantity. Merchants choosing between the two must weigh the value of existing (albeit limited) user validation against the potential of VDCStore Wishlist, particularly if its marketing promises features not found in Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus. For new merchants or those on a tight budget, VDCStore Wishlist *might* be tempting if it offers essential features for free or at a lower cost. However, the absence of reviews introduces significant risk. Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus, despite its small review base, offers a degree of confidence stemming from its positive rating.

Our Verdict
For most merchants in 2026, Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus is the safer choice. While the review count is low, the perfect rating provides some level of assurance. Merchants who value validated functionality and are willing to pay a premium (if any) for it should start there. The positive reviews suggest that the existing features work reliably.
VDCStore Wishlist, however, could be suitable for highly budget-conscious merchants willing to take a chance. If VDCStore Wishlist offers a compelling free tier or unique features unavailable in Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus, it might be worth considering. However, proceed with caution and be prepared to be an early adopter who may encounter unforeseen issues.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to evaluate?
Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus is easier to evaluate due to the presence of user reviews, even though the quantity is low. You can get an idea of the app's strengths and weaknesses from these reviews.
Which app is likely more expensive?
Without pricing information, it's impossible to say for sure. However, it is a common practice for newer apps with limited traction to offer more competitive pricing initially. It is possible VDCStore Wishlist is more affordable, especially if it's trying to build an initial user base.
Which app is more reliable?
Based on available data, Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus is *likely* more reliable. The 5/5 rating, though based on a small sample size, indicates a positive user experience. With no reviews for VDCStore Wishlist, its reliability is entirely unknown.
Should I completely disregard VDCStore Wishlist?
Not necessarily. If VDCStore Wishlist offers a truly unique feature set, you might consider trying it out, especially if they have a free trial period. Be aware that you are essentially taking a risk by being an early adopter.
How important are only 6 reviews for Multi Wishlist-MyAppGurus?
While a larger sample size would be preferable, a perfect 5/5 rating based on 6 reviews indicates that the early users are very satisfied with the product. They can be useful but treat them with caution and look for other indicators (e.g. developer support, update frequency).
