Our Verdict
For merchants primarily dealing with individual customers placing large orders with numerous variants (e.g., apparel stores, product customization), MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order is likely the better choice. Its high rating and substantial review count suggest reliability and effectiveness in streamlining the bulk ordering process. Its focused functionality may make it easier to implement and manage.
However, for merchants catering to B2B customers or facilitating group purchases where collaboration and cart sharing are crucial, PluralCart: Save Carts & Share is the more suitable option. Its feature set directly addresses the complexities of B2B workflows, offering tools for cart saving, sharing, and draft order creation. While the review count is lower, the specialized functionality outweighs this factor for merchants in the B2B space. A merchant with both B2C and B2B components would need to prioritize based on the dominant order type, or consider a hybrid solution if available.
