Our Verdict
For merchants heavily invested in GLAMI and seeking a streamlined, potentially simple integration, the Official GLAMI SYN XML Feed may appear attractive, especially if the user feedback improves substantially. However, given the extremely low rating and minimal reviews, it presents a considerable risk. Its ease of use claim is enticing, but the app's performance and reliability are questionable based on the available data.
Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feeds, despite the lack of specific feature details, is the safer choice for most merchants. Its overwhelmingly positive reviews and large user base strongly indicate a stable, well-supported app. Even if it requires more initial configuration, the lower risk and broader feed support make it a more versatile and dependable long-term solution. If a merchant is solely focused on GLAMI, they should investigate the low rating of the 'Official' app thoroughly before committing, potentially looking for newer reviews or contacting the developer directly to address concerns.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
The Official GLAMI SYN XML Feed claims a "1-Click" setup, which suggests a simpler initial configuration process compared to Mulwi, where setup details are unavailable. However, ease of use doesn't guarantee quality or reliability.
Which app supports more shopping platforms?
Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feeds explicitly supports over 200 platforms, while the Official GLAMI SYN XML Feed focuses solely on GLAMI.
Which app has better customer support?
While not explicitly stated, the sheer number of reviews for Mulwi suggests a more established user base and potentially more robust support resources. The Official GLAMI SYN XML Feed's low review count makes it difficult to gauge support quality.
Which app provides better insights into feed performance?

Which app is recommended for a small business just starting with product feeds?
Despite the lack of feature detail on Mulwi, based on the limited information, small businesses are likely better off with Mulwi considering significantly better rating, and volume of reviews. A small business should be able to trust in the reliability more than with the official GLAMI application.
