Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing immediate customer service and direct sales conversions through WhatsApp, Musbu ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button appears to be the stronger choice. The significantly higher rating and number of reviews suggest a reliable and effective app. Conversely, for merchants heavily invested in content marketing and social media engagement who want to facilitate easy sharing of their products and blog posts across a wide range of platforms, ShareThis Share Buttons *could* be considered. However, the low rating warrants caution and careful evaluation of recent reviews before installation.
Given the vast difference in user satisfaction, a merchant considering ShareThis should critically assess whether its extensive feature set outweighs the potential for a subpar experience. Exploring alternatives with better ratings might be prudent.
