Our Verdict
For merchants who simply need to add a file upload field to their existing Shopify contact form on an Online Store 2.0 theme and prioritize ease of use, My File Field is the more straightforward and potentially cost-effective option. Its focus is narrow, but it executes that single function well. However, for merchants needing more flexibility, customizability, and advanced features like conditional logic, autoresponders, and integrations with other marketing and business tools, Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is the superior choice. Primy provides a complete form-building solution, addressing a wider range of needs beyond basic file uploads.
