Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing building direct relationships with customers and capturing valuable product data, My Product Registration is the clear choice. This is particularly beneficial for businesses selling products where warranty claims or after-sales support is important. The ready-to-use setup is a major advantage for those seeking a quick and easy solution. However, for merchants struggling with a high volume of returns and exchanges, ReturnGO is the superior option. Its automation capabilities, integrations, and self-service portal will significantly reduce operational overhead and improve the customer experience during the returns process. Businesses dealing with products that customers may not be sure on buying would significantly benefit from ReturnGO over My Product Registration.
