Our Verdict
The choice between My Product Registration and ShipPro Shipping Protection depends heavily on the merchant's priorities. If the primary goal is to build strong post-purchase customer relationships, manage warranties effectively, and streamline product support, My Product Registration is the stronger choice. Its higher rating and more numerous reviews suggest a more mature and positively received product for its intended purpose. However, if the focus is on generating additional revenue, mitigating shipping-related risks, and simplifying customer service regarding lost or damaged items, then ShipPro Shipping Protection is the more suitable option. It's particularly appealing if the merchant already has a solid warranty process in place and wants to improve profitability.
