NAPPS | Mobile App Builder vs Raisewave: Fundraiserfor Shopify (2026)
NAPPS | Mobile App Builder and Raisewave: Fundraiser cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. NAPPS focuses on creating native mobile applications for Shopify stores, potentially improving customer engagement and sales through a dedicated mobile presence. With a perfect 5/5 rating based on 29 reviews, it suggests a positive user experience for merchants seeking a mobile app solution. On the other hand, Raisewave: Fundraiser targets merchants who actively engage in fundraising activities, specifically with schools, sports teams, religious organizations, and other non-profits. Its primary goal is to streamline and automate the fundraising process, replacing manual spreadsheets and emails with a digitized platform. The core difference lies in their functionality. NAPPS enhances the shopping experience through a mobile app, while Raisewave addresses a specific business model – fundraising. Raisewave offers unique features like campaign management, landing page creation, and individual supporter tracking via unique links. Although it's new and hasn't garnered any reviews yet, its value proposition centers around automating a traditionally manual process, which is relevant for merchants already involved in fundraising. The category overlap ('Selling online - Other') suggests they both address aspects of selling online but in drastically different ways. The lack of reviews for Raisewave is a significant data point to consider.

Our Verdict
The choice between NAPPS and Raisewave depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If the goal is to provide customers with a mobile app shopping experience, NAPPS is the clear choice, especially given its positive reviews. However, merchants who are actively involved in fundraising activities with schools, teams, or organizations will find Raisewave a potentially valuable tool for automating and streamlining their processes.
Given the lack of reviews for Raisewave, merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app before committing to it. NAPPS, with its perfect rating and existing reviews, presents a lower risk and a more established solution for those seeking a mobile app.
Common Questions
Which app is better for increasing overall sales?
NAPPS potentially increases sales by offering a better mobile shopping experience. Raisewave is specifically for sales *through* fundraisers, so not a general sales booster.

Is there a free trial for either app?
