NAPPS | Mobile App Builder vs Selllient AIfor Shopify (2026)
NAPPS | Mobile App Builder and Selllient AI represent distinct approaches to enhancing Shopify merchants' sales strategies in 2026. NAPPS focuses on creating native mobile applications for iOS and Android, potentially offering a richer, more branded mobile experience for customers. The app boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 29 reviews, suggesting high user satisfaction. In contrast, Selllient AI targets WhatsApp as a sales channel, leveraging AI to automate product recommendations, image-based searches, and customer interactions within WhatsApp conversations. While Selllient AI promises 24/7 sales automation and personalized customer service, it currently lacks user reviews, raising concerns about its real-world performance and reliability. The significant difference lies in their core functionality. NAPPS aims to improve the overall shopping experience through a dedicated mobile app, potentially increasing customer loyalty and engagement. Selllient AI, on the other hand, is centered around leveraging WhatsApp as a direct sales platform, aiming to capitalize on the popularity of messaging apps for instant communication and sales automation. The absence of reviews for Selllient AI is a major disadvantage, as merchants cannot gauge the effectiveness of its AI-driven features and the quality of its integration with Shopify. The language of Selllient AI suggests that it primarily targets merchants in Spanish-speaking markets.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a comprehensive, branded mobile experience, NAPPS | Mobile App Builder is the safer choice, given its positive user reviews. The presence of reviews instills confidence, even without detailed feature specifics. On the other hand, Selllient AI presents a potentially innovative solution for reaching customers directly through WhatsApp. However, its lack of reviews makes it a riskier option. It's better suited for merchants comfortable with early adoption and those specifically targeting a customer base active on WhatsApp, particularly within Spanish-speaking markets. Merchants should cautiously approach Selllient AI and thoroughly investigate its performance before committing.
In most situations, NAPPS will likely be the better choice, given the positive user feedback. Sellient AI offers a targeted, niche approach that may work well in the right situation, but the risk associated with no prior user data is high. Given the choice, unless the Shopify merchant has a very specific need that only Sellient AI can solve, the choice should be NAPPS.
