NAPPS | Mobile App Builder vs Shopeaks: From Story to Storefor Shopify (2026)
NAPPS | Mobile App Builder focuses on creating a native mobile app experience for Shopify stores, potentially targeting merchants seeking to engage customers directly through mobile devices. Shopeaks: From Story to Store, on the other hand, positions itself as a social commerce aggregator, aiming to centralize and optimize sales originating from social media platforms. While both apps aim to increase sales, they tackle this from different angles – one through a dedicated mobile app and the other through leveraging social media influence and AI-driven ad optimization. Shopeaks' strengths lie in its AI-powered storefronts, social feed integration, ad optimization features (Ads Plus), and influencer management tools. It's clearly designed for businesses with a strong social media presence aiming to maximize ROI from those channels. NAPPS, with significantly more reviews, suggests either a longer market presence or wider appeal, even if its specific feature set is less detailed in the provided information. The lack of feature specifics for NAPPS makes it harder to directly compare the complexity or time investments required to use either platform.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a dedicated mobile app experience, NAPPS | Mobile App Builder is the more logical choice. Its focus is squarely on creating a native mobile app, offering a direct channel to engage customers. Shopeaks: From Story to Store is better suited for businesses already active on social media and looking to streamline their social commerce efforts. Its AI-powered features and influencer management tools are geared towards optimizing social media ROI and driving sales through those channels. Given the absence of detailed feature information for NAPPS, a thorough evaluation including trials is critical before making a definitive decision.
Common Questions
What are the main differences in features between NAPPS and Shopeaks?
NAPPS focuses on building mobile apps for Shopify stores, while Shopeaks concentrates on integrating and optimizing social media sales with AI-powered storefronts, ad optimization, and influencer management.
Which app is better for merchants with limited technical expertise?
Without more information on NAPPS' app building process, it's difficult to definitively say. Both apps likely require some level of understanding of e-commerce and marketing. Further research into their user interfaces and support resources is recommended.
Can Shopeaks create a mobile app like NAPPS?
Based on the description, Shopeaks does not build a native mobile app. It focuses on creating storefronts within social media platforms and optimizing ad campaigns.
Which app is likely to provide a higher return on investment?
ROI depends heavily on the merchant's existing strategy. If mobile app usage is strong among the target audience, NAPPS could yield higher ROI. If social media drives significant traffic and sales, Shopeaks is likely to be more effective.
Which app is better for a new Shopify store with no existing social media presence?
NAPPS might be a slightly better starting point as it offers a direct-to-consumer channel independent of social media. However, building a social media presence is crucial for long-term growth, and Shopeaks might become useful later as the business expands its social reach.
