NeuCurrent vs RocketPush: WhatsApp, Web Pushfor Shopify (2026)
NeuCurrent and RocketPush: WhatsApp, Web Push are both Shopify apps aiming to improve customer communication and retention, but they approach it from significantly different angles. NeuCurrent positions itself as an AI-powered CRM and retention platform, offering a comprehensive suite of tools for managing customer communication across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications) and leveraging AI for personalized experiences and customer retention strategies. It aims to be a centralized hub for all customer data and communication efforts, targeting merchants seeking a holistic CRM solution. RocketPush, on the other hand, specializes in providing WhatsApp and web push notification capabilities. Its focus appears narrower, concentrating on these specific communication channels, making it a more targeted solution. The primary difference lies in their scope. NeuCurrent offers a broad range of features, including a drag-and-drop builder for segmentation and automation, RFM analysis, and real-time insights, catering to merchants who desire in-depth customer analysis and personalized, multi-channel marketing. RocketPush, with its concentration on WhatsApp and web push, likely appeals to merchants who prioritize these channels and seek a focused tool for leveraging them effectively. The limited number of reviews available makes it difficult to definitively assess user satisfaction and platform reliability for both apps in 2026.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive, AI-driven CRM solution with multi-channel capabilities and advanced customer segmentation, NeuCurrent is the potentially stronger choice, if it can deliver on its ambitious promises. However, the very low number of reviews raises significant concerns about its maturity and reliability in 2026. Merchants prioritizing WhatsApp and web push notifications as primary communication channels, or those seeking a more specialized and potentially easier-to-use tool, should lean towards RocketPush, given its slightly larger review base, which might indicate higher confidence.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific needs and priorities of the merchant. Smaller businesses with simple communication needs might find RocketPush more manageable and cost-effective, while larger enterprises looking for a full-fledged CRM platform with AI capabilities might be willing to take the risk on NeuCurrent, provided they have the resources to thoroughly evaluate it and potentially address any initial teething issues. A good idea would be to contact support for both applications, ask questions and see which one matches business needs best.
