New Arrivals Maestro vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
New Arrivals Maestro and Zigpoll Customer Surveys, while both categorized under Shopify Operations, cater to vastly different needs for Shopify merchants in 2026. New Arrivals Maestro is a highly focused app designed for automating the tagging and untagging of new products. It’s a simple tool for merchants looking to highlight new inventory and manage the 'New Arrivals' collection dynamically. In contrast, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is a comprehensive survey platform aimed at gathering customer feedback through various channels, including post-purchase, pre-purchase, email, SMS, and on-site surveys. It leverages AI analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and optimize business decisions. The core distinction lies in their objectives: New Arrivals Maestro streamlines product catalog management by automating the 'New Arrivals' section of a store, improving product discoverability. Zigpoll focuses on customer relationship management and business intelligence by providing tools for gathering customer feedback, identifying pain points, and improving the overall customer experience. While both apps contribute to operational efficiency, they address completely different areas of a Shopify business. The choice between the two depends on whether a merchant needs help showcasing new products or deeply understanding their customer base.
