NML Quick Add to Cart vs Squid: Reviews, Upsells & 25+for Shopify (2026)
NML Quick Add to Cart and Squid: Reviews, Upsells & 25+ both aim to increase Average Order Value (AOV) for Shopify merchants. NML Quick Add to Cart focuses narrowly on quick add-to-cart functionality from collection/search pages and automated upsells triggered *after* an item is added to cart. Its strength lies in its simplicity and potentially easy integration with existing store setups, focusing solely on streamlining the path to initial purchase and leveraging Shopify's built-in upsell algorithm. It explicitly mentions Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel integration. Squid, in contrast, positions itself as a comprehensive suite of tools for building trust and increasing sales through various methods, including reviews, multiple types of upsells (direct, FBT, volume discounts, post-purchase), and customer engagement features. It's a more comprehensive solution targeting merchants who want a wider range of functionalities to enhance the overall customer experience, not just a quick add-to-cart and upsell implementation. Squid's features indicate a target audience looking for a more feature-rich and customizable approach to boosting sales, encompassing trust-building elements.
