Notch – Customer Support Suite vs Zimplyfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between Notch – Customer Support Suite and Zimply for their helpdesk needs face a stark contrast. Notch positions itself as a full-service customer support solution, leveraging both AI and expert teams to completely manage a merchant's customer service operations. This 'hands-off' approach aims to free merchants from the complexities of support, allowing them to focus on business growth. Its primary strength lies in its comprehensive suite of services, promising 24/7 automated chat, seamless integration, and data-driven insights. Zimply, on the other hand, lacks any user reviews or ratings at this point. This absence of social proof and customer feedback makes it challenging to assess its effectiveness or suitability for merchants. While both apps are categorized as helpdesks, their value propositions differ significantly. Notch offers a complete outsourcing of customer support, while Zimply's capabilities remain undefined due to the lack of information.

Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Notch – Customer Support Suite appears to be the more established and feature-rich option in 2026. It is particularly well-suited for Shopify merchants who are looking to completely outsource their customer support operations and focus solely on growing their business. The integration of AI and expert teams, along with the promise of data-driven insights, suggests a comprehensive solution.
Zimply, with its lack of reviews and information, presents a higher degree of uncertainty. While it might potentially offer a valuable service, merchants should proceed with caution until more data becomes available. Unless there's a compelling reason to gamble on an unproven solution, Notch – Customer Support Suite is the safer and more informed choice for most Shopify businesses needing a helpdesk solution.
