Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive marketing automation platform incorporating email, SMS, and push notifications, NotifyVisitors might be the better choice, provided they can address the current lack of reviews. Its pre-built automations and templates offer a head start for personalized campaigns. However, merchants primarily interested in leveraging the immediacy of web push notifications for abandoned cart recovery, flash sales, and product alerts should opt for PushAlert. Its higher rating and focus on push notification automation make it a suitable solution for driving conversions directly through browser-based alerts.
Given the limited data, particularly the lack of reviews for NotifyVisitors, a cautious approach is advised. Merchants considering NotifyVisitors should investigate further beyond the app store listing. If a merchant has existing email and SMS marketing solutions and only needs push notifications, PushAlert is likely the better and more focused choice.
