Our Verdict
Nova: GDPR Cookie Consent is the superior choice for merchants whose primary concern is adhering to GDPR regulations regarding cookie usage. Its ease of use, customization options, and dedicated support make it an excellent tool for creating compliant and visually appealing cookie banners. RA Term and Condition Checkbox is ideal for stores that require explicit agreement to terms and conditions before purchase, such as those selling age-restricted products, or those with strict return policies. While it has a slightly higher rating, it serves a different purpose. A store might even benefit from *both* apps to cover different legal bases.
