Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing customer transparency, reducing support inquiries related to delivery times, and providing a branded order tracking experience, NS Estimated Delivery Date is the clear choice. Its focus on providing accurate and customizable delivery estimations directly addresses these needs. However, if the primary concern is finding a cost-effective and environmentally conscious shipping solution, particularly for businesses operating in the US, Canada and Australia, Sendle Dashboard Shipping offers a compelling alternative. It handles the logistics of shipping at potentially lower rates and with carbon-neutral options. A merchant could potentially use both apps: Sendle for shipping, and NS Estimated Delivery Date to communicate delivery ETAs generated from Sendle data, if possible via API integration (unconfirmed, but a potential future feature).
