Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim to offer easy setup. OC Meta Pixel highlights "one-step" pixel setup and no coding required. Zigpoll boasts a no-code setup in seconds. Ease of use is a priority for both.
Which app is more suitable for businesses with a limited marketing budget?
It depends on the marketing strategy. If the marketing budget is already allocated to Facebook/TikTok ads, OC Meta Pixel could optimize those campaigns for better ROAS. If the focus is on organic growth and customer engagement, Zigpoll might be a better investment for understanding customer needs and improving the customer journey, thus boosting conversion rates organically.
Which app is more focused on data privacy compliance?
Both apps likely need to adhere to data privacy regulations. OC Meta Pixel addresses iOS 14+ updates and ad blockers, suggesting a focus on accurate data collection in a privacy-conscious environment. Zigpoll, by gathering zero-party data directly from customers, allows for more transparent and consensual data collection.
Which app is better for understanding why customers are abandoning their carts?
Zigpoll has a dedicated feature for abandoned checkout campaigns that helps uncover pain points related to the checkout process. OC Meta Pixel might indirectly provide insights into cart abandonment through retargeting based on pixel data, but Zigpoll offers a more direct and targeted approach.
