Our Verdict
Choosing between OC Product Enquiry and Ringly.io depends entirely on the specific needs and resources of a Shopify store. OC Product Enquiry is best suited for smaller businesses that need a basic system to manage product inquiries and don't require extensive automation. Its user-friendly interface could make it a good starting point for businesses just starting to formalize their inquiry process. For these businesses, the automation it offers can significantly reduce support costs and improve customer satisfaction by providing immediate answers to common questions. While Ringly.io has a perfect rating, the very small sample size (1 review) warrants caution compared to OC Product Enquiry.
