Octolize Pickup Points PRO vs Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)for Shopify (2026)
Octolize Pickup Points PRO and Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) both cater to delivery and pickup options on Shopify, but they serve distinct needs. Octolize focuses on enabling customers to select from a wide network of third-party carrier pickup points (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx) across the globe. Its strength lies in connecting merchants with an extensive pre-existing logistics infrastructure, offering a streamlined way to leverage established carrier networks. It's primarily suited for businesses that want to offer convenient alternatives to direct home delivery by utilizing existing carrier locations for customer pickup. Store Pickup + Delivery (CR), in contrast, is built around managing local pickup and delivery directly. It provides tools to schedule pickups and deliveries, manage fulfillment across multiple locations, limit orders per time slot, and define delivery zones. It is strongly positioned for merchants with brick-and-mortar locations or a local delivery fleet, emphasizing control over the entire pickup and delivery process. Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) is particularly well-suited for restaurants and other businesses that manage their own local fulfillment and want to offer scheduled pickup and delivery options.

Our Verdict
If your business model involves leveraging existing carrier networks to offer diverse pickup locations worldwide, Octolize Pickup Points PRO is likely the better choice. Its integration with numerous major carriers provides a seamless experience for customers who prefer picking up their orders from established locations. On the other hand, if you operate a brick-and-mortar store, restaurant, or any business managing its own local delivery fleet and pickup service, Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) offers the tools needed to schedule pickups, manage delivery zones, and control fulfillment operations effectively. While both have perfect ratings, the higher review count of Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) could suggest broader applicability or longer market presence/maturity, though further investigation would be required.
