For merchants in cosmetics, healthcare, food supplements, pet products, and FMCG looking to increase AOV and encourage product discovery through sampling, Sample Products ‑‑ Try N Buy is the more suitable choice. Its 5-star rating, coupled with its targeted approach, makes it a compelling option. Omakase.ai, despite its innovative AI-powered approach, has a 0/5 rating, raising concerns about its functionality and user experience.
If a merchant's primary goal is to enhance customer experience through personalized recommendations and reduce support load across various product categories, Omakase.ai might be considered. However, given its poor rating and lack of positive user feedback, it's a risky choice and warrants further investigation and perhaps waiting for improved reviews before implementation.
