Our Verdict
For merchants looking to build a comprehensive loyalty program with VIP tiers, paid memberships, and multi-channel communication, OMNI Memberships & Loyalty CRM is likely the better choice, despite the lower number of reviews. Its strength lies in providing advanced rewards and personalized customer engagement. However, for merchants who are primarily interested in leveraging wishlists to understand customer interest and drive sales through personalized notifications, Swish (formerly Wishlist King) is the preferred option. Swish boasts significantly more reviews indicating a proven track record, and its free setup and customization service can be a significant advantage for merchants with limited technical expertise.
