Our Verdict
For Shopify Plus merchants specifically engaged in B2B sales, Onboard B2B: Company Profiles offers a tailored solution to streamline onboarding and manage company accounts effectively. Its features are designed for the specific needs of wholesale businesses. Workflow Automation—React Flow, on the other hand, is the better choice for merchants seeking a more general-purpose automation tool capable of handling a broader range of e-commerce tasks.
Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's primary business model and needs. If B2B is central, Onboard B2B is a clear winner. If general workflow automation across diverse aspects of the business is the goal, Workflow Automation—React Flow is the stronger contender, although the newer merchant should strongly weigh the benefit of more community support for React Flow's workflows.
