OneLoyalty: Loyalty & Rewards vs Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builderfor Shopify (2026)
OneLoyalty: Loyalty & Rewards and Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder both aim to increase sales and customer retention for Shopify merchants, but approach the goal from drastically different angles. OneLoyalty focuses on building a robust loyalty program within the existing Shopify store, leveraging points, rewards, referrals, and gamification to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty. It targets merchants looking to improve customer lifetime value by directly rewarding loyal customers and incentivizing referrals. Its AI-driven suggestions and 24/7 customer support emphasize ease of use and tailored solutions. In contrast, Shopney provides a dedicated mobile app for the Shopify store, aiming to improve the shopping experience and drive conversions through push notifications, personalized merchandising, and a smoother user interface. Shopney caters to merchants seeking to tap into the mobile commerce market and decrease reliance on expensive social media advertising. Its focus lies in providing a native app experience, which can often lead to higher conversion rates than a mobile-optimized website. While both apps share the goal of boosting sales, OneLoyalty does so by enhancing the existing online store's loyalty program, whereas Shopney creates a separate mobile app presence for the business. The ideal choice depends on whether the merchant prefers to work within the Shopify environment to improve customer loyalty or build a dedicated mobile app for a more tailored mobile shopping experience.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on enhancing their existing Shopify store's customer loyalty program and rewarding customer behavior within that ecosystem, OneLoyalty: Loyalty & Rewards is likely the better choice. Its AI-driven suggestions and comprehensive loyalty program features offer a robust solution for increasing customer lifetime value. However, if the merchant's main goal is to create a dedicated mobile app experience and leverage mobile commerce, Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder is the clear winner. Its one-click app creation, push notification capabilities, and personalized merchandising tools provide a tailored mobile shopping experience.
Shopney is especially beneficial for brands with a strong mobile-first customer base or those seeking to aggressively expand into the mobile commerce market. OneLoyalty shines for those who want to deepen engagement within their existing web store. Neither is necessarily 'better' overall, but rather, each better serves different strategic priorities.
