Our Verdict
OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification appears to be the stronger choice for merchants seeking a straightforward, user-friendly solution, particularly if their primary communication channel is WhatsApp and they value ease of setup. The positive rating and reviews, although limited, inspire more confidence than ONotify-COD's lack of feedback. However, ONotify-COD may be preferable for merchants needing multi-lingual support, particularly in regions where IVR calls are a necessary communication method. The mention of abandoned cart recovery is also a differentiating factor that might appeal to merchants looking for more comprehensive sales recovery tools. Given the lack of reviews, merchants considering ONotify-COD should proceed with caution and potentially explore a trial period if available.
