OnYou ‑ AI Virtual Try on vs Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sellfor Shopify (2026)
OnYou ‑ AI Virtual Try on and Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sell, while both aiming to enhance the customer experience and boost sales, cater to drastically different needs. OnYou focuses on personalized fashion experiences through AI-powered virtual try-ons, enabling customers to visualize clothing on themselves. It emphasizes reducing returns by providing accurate size recommendations and enhancing customer engagement with a real-time AI shopping assistant, primarily targeting fashion brands. Zoorix, on the other hand, is a broader solution centered around increasing average order value (AOV) through volume discounts, bundles, and cross-selling. Zoorix empowers merchants to implement tiered pricing, create customizable bundles like Mix & Match and Build a Box, and implement AI-driven cross-sell offers on product pages and in the cart. It's a versatile tool applicable across various product categories, not just fashion. The app also includes features like BOGO offers and free shipping thresholds. While OnYou focuses on individual customer engagement within the fashion niche, Zoorix aims for overall AOV improvement through strategic product groupings and discounts for a wider range of e-commerce businesses.

Our Verdict
Choosing between OnYou and Zoorix depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. For fashion brands looking to create a highly personalized shopping experience and reduce returns by allowing customers to virtually try on clothes, OnYou is the clear winner. Its AI shopping assistant and size recommendations offer a unique value proposition.
However, if the goal is to boost overall AOV through strategic product bundling, volume discounts, and cross-selling across a broader range of product categories, Zoorix is the better option. While it also uses AI, its focus is not on individual product interaction, but on maximizing the overall basket value. The significant difference in the number of reviews suggests Zoorix has broader adoption and a longer track record, which, despite the perfect rating of OnYou, lends it more credibility for most generalized eCommerce needs.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim easy setup, but OnYou boasts a "one-click integration," suggesting potentially simpler initial configuration.
Which app is better for reducing returns?
OnYou is specifically designed to reduce returns in the fashion industry by providing accurate size recommendations and enabling customers to virtually try on clothes before purchasing.
Can both apps be used together?
Potentially, yes. OnYou focuses on the product page experience for apparel, while Zoorix can supplement that with broader AOV strategies at checkout. However, carefully consider potential conflicts or redundant features.
Which app is better for stores with a large catalog?
Zoorix likely scales better with a large catalog due to its bundling and cross-selling capabilities, enabling more efficient upselling across a wide range of products. OnYou's AI might struggle to handle very large and diverse catalogs without significant configuration and optimization.
Which app uses AI more effectively?
It depends on the definition of 'effective'. OnYou leverages AI to create a personalized virtual try-on experience for the customer, directly interacting with the product. Zoorix uses AI primarily for cross-selling recommendations, which are less interactive but still useful. 'Effectiveness' depends on the merchant's specific needs: personalization vs. revenue generation.
