The significantly higher rating and substantial number of positive reviews suggest a well-received and effective solution. Its focus on code-free customization also makes it accessible to merchants of all technical skill levels. Shiprocket: Smart COD is ideal for businesses that encounter significant issues with Cash on Delivery, such as high RTO rates or fraudulent orders. It offers targeted features designed to mitigate these challenges, improving operational efficiency and protecting revenue. However, the lower rating and fewer reviews indicate that it may have a more niche appeal or require more careful consideration before implementation.
