Order Fulfillment Guru OMS vs Stockyfor Shopify (2026)
Order Fulfillment Guru OMS and Stocky represent distinct approaches to inventory management within the Shopify ecosystem. Order Fulfillment Guru OMS focuses on advanced order routing, splitting, and multi-store synchronization, catering to merchants with complex fulfillment needs across multiple locations, warehouses, or vendors. It aims to automate the order management process, streamlining operations for dropshippers, multi-vendor marketplaces, and businesses operating across multiple Shopify stores. Its strength lies in its ability to handle intricate order flows and maintain inventory consistency across distributed systems. In contrast, Stocky is specifically designed for Shopify POS Pro users with brick-and-mortar stores. It emphasizes optimizing inventory decisions within a single retail environment, focusing on purchase order management, stocktakes, and in-depth reporting for improved inventory control. Stocky integrates seamlessly with Shopify POS workflows, enabling in-store staff to efficiently manage inventory tasks like receiving and adjusting stock levels. While both apps touch on inventory, they address vastly different operational complexities and target distinct merchant profiles: one online and multi-channel, the other retail-focused.

Our Verdict
Order Fulfillment Guru OMS is the clear choice for merchants managing multiple Shopify stores, vendors, or 3PLs who need robust order routing, splitting, and inventory synchronization capabilities. The higher rating, although based on fewer reviews, suggests a more positive user experience for its target audience.
Stocky is best suited for brick-and-mortar retailers already using Shopify POS Pro and looking to optimize inventory management within their physical stores. Its integration with Shopify POS workflows and features like barcode scanning make it a valuable tool for in-store staff. The lower rating, combined with POS Pro dependency, indicates a narrower appeal and potential usability issues, and possible reliance of the app's value on POS Pro.
