Our Verdict
Parcel Panel Returns &Exchange appears to be the stronger option for merchants prioritizing customer retention and revenue generation from returns. Its focus on exchanges, self-service portals, and extensive carrier integrations suggests a more robust and feature-rich experience, backed by significantly more user reviews. For merchants primarily focused on streamlining internal returns processes and branding their returns portal, easyReturns might suffice, particularly if they primarily use DHL, GLS, or DPD. However, the broader carrier support and profit-driven approach of Parcel Panel likely make it a better overall investment for most Shopify merchants in 2026.
