Order Returns | easyReturns vs ZigZag Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
Order Returns | easyReturns and ZigZag Returns & Exchanges both aim to simplify the returns process for Shopify merchants and their customers. However, they cater to slightly different market segments. easyReturns focuses on providing a customizable and brand-aligned returns experience within the merchant's own domain, offering optimized workflows for exchanges, credits, and refunds, primarily within a domestic market. Its strength lies in its customizable public portal and flexible return rule definitions. ZigZag Returns & Exchanges, on the other hand, heavily emphasizes cross-border and UK domestic returns, leveraging pre-negotiated shipping rates with multiple carriers. It's geared towards merchants with international customers seeking streamlined returns from numerous countries back to the UK. Their feature set includes auto-generated labels, one-click refunds for exchanges, and customizable notifications for customers. ZigZag positions itself as a solution for reducing manual tasks through automation, making it attractive to businesses handling a high volume of international returns. Ultimately, the choice between the two depends on the merchant's operational focus. easyReturns offers a more bespoke branded experience for a domestic audience, while ZigZag excels in simplifying and automating complex international returns scenarios.
