Our Verdict
Order Tracking by Pragma appears to be a superior choice for D2C brands managing complex logistics and prioritizing customer feedback. The auto-login feature, combined with NPS and product review collection, offers a more holistic approach to post-purchase engagement. Its support for multi-carrier and split shipment tracking caters to businesses with intricate supply chains. However, Ordtrak may be sufficient for smaller businesses or those primarily concerned with reducing WISMO inquiries through real-time notifications and basic branded tracking. The disparity in ratings and number of reviews suggests Order Tracking by Pragma is a more reliable and well-received app in 2026, but it's crucial to consider specific business needs and priorities before making a final decision.
