Our Verdict
For D2C brands with complex logistics operations, managing shipments across numerous carriers, and keen on maximizing customer lifetime value through engagement and upsells, Order Tracking by Pragma is the clear choice, despite the likely steeper learning curve. However, for smaller businesses or those primarily using Shopify's supported carriers and prioritizing a simple, no-frills order tracking solution to reduce basic support inquiries, Trackable ‑ Order Status provides a straightforward and potentially more cost-effective option. The limited number of reviews for both apps means merchants should carefully evaluate their specific requirements and consider requesting demos from both providers.
